Sister Time

Dear Readers, If you are like me, I don't get a lot of time with my sisters just to talk, laugh, and just be crazy. Yes, we are together ALL the time but it's not the same as when we just sit and spend time together and not rushing to get things done. With Bess in college now there is even less sister-time. Though I am enjoying my time with my lil' sis Victoria! The other day Bess was studying and Victoria and I were in her room just sitting and taking pictures (the rest of the family were either doing something or not at home) and finally we got Bess to take a break and take some with us......We had a great time and I think we hadn't really realized just how much we need that time together. Christmas Preparations Part 2

Dear Readers, The past week as been very, very, busy. But it has been a great blessing and a blast!! This past Wednesday we had Sydnie, Hannah, and Liz (Caleb's girlfriend) over to make christmas treats!! YUMMY!!!! All the supplies for the delicious treats Bethany melting chocolate.... yum!!!! The two nuts lol these two were the life of the party! lol  spreading the peppermint bark Liz stirring the chocolate.  Everyone working together  samoa balls! *sigh* sooooooooo good!!! Homemade chocolate kisses! Pecan turtles! All the goodies! In the end we had Cracker Candy, Oreo truffles, chocolate truffles, samoa balls, pecan turtles, sugared pecans, holiday cookies and all very DELICIOUS!!! Christmas Preparation part 1

Dear Reader, As Christmas draws closer, we have been preparing for the big day! It's mind blowing how fast this year has flown by! What a busy year, but what a wonderful year!!! I hope everyone has had a wonderful year!  Anyways.... back to our Christmas prep... Last Friday we had the Gardner's over for dinner, and to decorate our christmas tree's. What a wonderful time we had!!! Birthday Girl!!!!

Dear Readers, This past week we celebrated the birthday of my darlin' niece Hailey!!!! She is turning into a beautiful little lady and I'm so proud to be her aunt! This is an old picture but I couldn't help but post it, she looks so cute! When she came over one day, she got to dress up, and like any girl she had a blast! Not the best picture, but this was taken at "Uncle Caleb's" graduation. A field trip with "mommy"!  School pictures!!! I'm so proud of this girl and so happy she is part of the family!!
